Dance Training & Qualification-

Rajashree started learning kathak dance since age of 3 from her mother & dance guru ‘Vaishali Palsule.’ Her first stage performance was at the age of 6 . She performed at ‘ghare -shashtri auditorium’,chinchwad & ‘pratidnya hall’, kothrud .
She also started learning’ Kirtan ‘at the age of 8 from ‘Shri. Deepak bua Raste’. She has been felicitated by famous Kirtankar ‘Shri. Charudatta Apsale’ as” Child Kirtankar” . she performed kirtan at following places ‘Moraya Gosavi Mandir’ – chinchwad , ‘Gajanan Maharaj Mandir’ – pradhikaran , ‘Krishna Mandir’ – bhor , ‘Shankar Maharaj Mandir’ – padmavati , ‘Ganesh Mandir’ – talegao , ‘Akkalkot Maharaj Math’ . etc.
In 2014 , she completed 10th std. with 92% & in 2016 she completed 12th .
In kathak , she completed ‘Nutya Vishard’ with first class , distinction in 2017 . & in 2019 she completed ‘Nrutya Alankar’ with first class , distinction .
Currently she is seeking guidance under “Pt. Rajendra Gangani” ,last 6 years .Apart from dance she is pursuing training in Harmonium , Tabla & vocal .

Choreographies & performances –

She has performed in various national & international dance competitions like ABSS Bankok , Singapore & won the prize.
She has been the first prize winner for the dance competition of “Bharat Sarkar Nehru Yuva Kendra” for 3 consecutive years.
She has been performing in “Asha Bhosle Puraskar” organized by ‘Akhil Bhartiya Natya Parishad’ since 8 years .The dances supposed to be performed on the music composed by recipiens of Asha Bhosle Puraskar like ‘shankar mahadevan’ , ‘Annu Malik’ , ‘Pt.Shivkumar Sharma’ , ‘Udit Narayan’ , ‘Sonu Nigam’ , ‘Hariharan’ , ‘PT. Hrudaynath Mangeshkar’ , ‘Bappi Leheri’ , ‘pyarelal’ , ‘Aanadji’ & many more… & her choreographies & dance were appreciated by renowed artist
She also performed in “Dam Dama Dam dance programme” aired on ‘sahyadri channel’.
She has also performed solo for the ‘Rotary club’ .
She has performed in “Savarkar Sangeet Mohotsav” in 2017 .
In November 2017 she performed in “INDIAN FILM FESTIVAL”, goa
In 2018 she performed in “swarsagar mohotsav”.
International performances –she has performed in “Europien country in 2016 such as German , Austria, France ,Netharland” etc…she has also demonstrated lecture on dance performance.
In February 2019, she performed solo in “Madhurita Sarang Sangeet Samaroh”.

QUALIFICATION : M.A [kathak ] from Lalit Kala Kendra of pune university .Kathak Nrutya VIsharad from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidyalay Mandal.

Dance Training & Qualification-

vaishali palsule is an accomplished kathak dancer from pune & has beentrained in various dance forms . she started learning kathak dance at the age of 5 . Teaching & spreading the significance of indian classical dance has been her main focus.
vaishali palsule learntdifferent styles of three gharanas of kathak - Banaras gharana from "shri. Balasaheb Gokhale" & "shri . Narendra Naiddu", lacknow gharana from" Dr. Pt. Nandkishor Kapot"e & jaipur gharana from guru" Pt. Rohini Bhate" .she holds "Nritya Visharad" degree of" Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidyalay" & "M.A [ kathak ]" from" Lalit Kala Kendra of pune university" . Apart from dance she has also been trained in Harmonium . Tabla & violin under guidance of" Shri .Nana Godse."
From last 6 years she is learning kathak under guidance of kathak meastro guru."Pt. Rajendra Gangani ji ."
Dance Academy - she laid foundation of her own dance academy named ''SANCHAY KATHAK NRUTYA ACADEMY ''in pimpri - chinchwad in 1990.[28 years] This is the first kathak dance class in pimpri chinchwad area run by vaishali palsule . There are three branches of "Sanchay Kathak Nrutya Academy -" one in chinchwad & two in nigdi , pradhikaran . The students of Sanchay Kathak Nrutya Academy follow the pattern of "Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidyalay "& every students get through the exams with first class & distinction. Her 25 disciples are successfully completed" Nrutya Visharad" & 2 disciples are successfully completed "Nrutya Alankar" .
Her many students performed in abroad like Europe , Bankok , Singapore , Dubai & many more & won prestigious awards 7 prizes.
She is examiner ,paper setter & paper checker of Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidyalay Mandal.

Choreographies & performances –

The kathak performances of vaishali palsule has been aired on Doordarshan
she has performed in" pune festival" for 3 years .
she performed in "Indo-Asian festival" , and also in "Yuva kathak mohotsav"
she has performed kathak solo all over Maharashtra in satara, Nasik , pune & many more.
In 1990, she performed kathak solo in" Akhand Swaryadnya" which was organised" Pt. Padmakar Kulkarni" & sangeet kalopasak mandal
On 26 may 2017 , she performed in "Sawarkar sangeet mohotsav".
Since 12 years the students of 'Sanchay Kathak Nrutya Academy" have been performing in ''ASHA BHOSLE PURASKAR'' organised by Akhil Bhartiya Natya Parishad . the dance have to be performed on the music composed by the recipients of the Asha Bhosle Puraskar . her work was acclaimed by renowed artists [recepients]like" shri. khayyam ji" , "shri. Bappi lehri j"i , "shri. anadji ", "shri hrudaynath mangeshkar ji ", "shri .Shankar mahadevan" , "shri .Pyarelal j"i . "sonu nigam" , "pt. shivkumar sharmaj"i , "shri. udit narayan ji" , "shri hariharan" , & many more .
she has choreographed many dance dramas -" Krishnayan" based on life of lord Krishna ," Nritya Sarita" based on rain , "Kathak ke Rang Radha Ke Sang" based on life of Radha ," Moods Of Kathak" based on history of kathak like from ancient kathak derived from kirtan to 21st century i.e remix or fusion , " Anadi Mi Anant Mi "based on life of Lord Ganesha , "Kalakar Ghadtna" based on life of kalakar that is how the artist or kalakar are made , ''Kautuk" , "kathak Nrutyonmesh" ," kathak nrutya Archana" ," kathak nrutya sandhya" . Her all choreographies are very famous .
In 2017 , she take kathak workshop in sangeet mohotsav organised by Dhyan prabodhini school , nigdi pradhikaran.
on 9 may 2019 , her disciple & daughter rajashree dhongade performed on unique concept "Kathak Kirtan" choreoghraphed by vaishali palsule & performed in "sankar maharaj sangeet mohotsav" , padmavti pune , this unique choreography is very famous.
